Ligurian cuisine, by definition is a cuisine of poor people, yet it is very rich in taste and excellently Mediterranean in every aspect.

 

The cooking courses are organized according to the times available and your needs. Each participant has an active involvement, working with their own hands, and with the help of mortars, molds and other forgotten tools.


During the course, the explanations will not only give the technical aspects, but also the history of the dishes and the anecdotes that characterize them, in an absolutely informal and fun context.


At the end you will be able to taste your creations, and have the possibility to eat what you prepared, or the possibility of taking your delicacies home in special containers.
